Creek are an electronic improvisational quartet from Edinburgh that comprises the real me (Craig Sutherland), Alan Brodie, David Reilly (AKA Cloudland Blue Quartet) and Stuart Cobley.

The Return of Symmetry (Part 1) was recorded live, unrehearsed and within minutes of meeting David and Alan for the very first time. Twenty five years later it remains my most favourite Creek track. It only seemed right that it was handed to my alter ego, Edward Spark, to do the remix.

Originally remixed a couple of years ago, but never released, it's had a full refresh with some new drum parts and synths to bring it up-to-date with where I'm currently at as an artist. The core of the original remix remains intact.

I've also included for download the original version recorded all those years ago in David's studio at the back of Reptile Records in Edinburgh.
